Poor service! Unskilled at their profession!
I took a JVC car stereo in for repair, they told me that they would have it back to me in about a month. I called several times for the next 21/2 month to see if it had been repaired. At first they told me not to call them and that they would call me when it was ready, then after a 6 weeks when I called they told me that they have not repaired any car stereos for a very long time and that they will have to find out how to repair cars stereos again. Then after two months they asked me to being my car in so that they could check it out it's electrical system. Clearly they were looking for any reason they could find to not repair this stereo because they did not know how to. I picked up the stereo today after waiting for almost three month because I was tired of their excuses and they charged me $20 even though they had done nothing to try to repair it. As a finial kick in the pants they charged me for their incompetence. Do yourself a favor stay away from this company they don't know what they are doing and they will only charge you for something they are unable to fix due to their incompetence.
