Quite contrary to the above review, our many, many experiences at Club K-9 of Charlotte have proven to be extremely satisfying. It is a fantastic facility!
Every business has its policies regarding business hours and we must respect them. Club K-9 is open 7am - 7pm, which exceeds the industry standard (compare business hours for other daycare facilities). They also offer pick-ups on Sundays...what a bonus!
As for the management team and staff, you will not meet a better group of dog lovers (and I have tried other facilities in the Charlotte area). They are always warm and most of all, very loving to my dogs.
It sounds like the other reviewer is upset because they enforce their policies (as all good companies do).
You will be thrilled by using Club K-9 of Charlotte, absolutely thrilled!
