Review content:
I had passed this place a million times and never thought twice about it. When my insurance company sent me to the clinic, I have to admit I was a little hesitant about a ""clinic"" setting. I couldn't have been more wrong. I don't have a car right now and don't do very well on the bus :( so I was thrilled when they told me it wouldn't be a problem to come and pick me up. The driver was very kind and polite and I immediately felt comfortable. He called me ten minutes before he arrived at my house so that was a total plus. When I got to the clinic it was full of friendly faces, kids busy doing a little coloring competition and the local ""R"" Ranch Market had a huge basket of beautiful fruit that the girls at the front told me they donate on a daily basis. It was wonderful. I felt such a sense of warmth and community something that isn't very often seen in this big city. The time in the waiting room flew by and before I knew it it was my turn to be brought into the lab for my blood work. The girl Nancy was so sweet and I couldn't believe she got me with just one poke! That was a real first! The place was clean and full of happy people. The lady that saw me was very warm and took plenty of time to answer all of my questions as well as the girl Karen who talked to me about my diet. I am definitely looking forward to my next appointment. Next time I think I might get to meet the doctor! I've heard great things about him as well.
