Review content:
Incompetent employees quality of work was poor. Brought two cars in over the course of estimated 6 visits. Out of the 6, 4 experiences were awful. New tires purchased and installed from them, one tire would not keep air. Three trips later and a whole day wasted, they decided the tire was defective and replaced it. Brake job on same car. one week later, everytime pressing on brake, a knocking noise was present. They lied and said that it had to do with the computer system. Another mechanic tightened stating bolts were not on tight. Other car was brought in for an oil change. Filter was not put on properly and oil spewed all over engine, smoking and leaking oil. Had to be brought back. Oil and smoke for days. Another day wasted. Finally, had an inspection done on same car and they failed it citing $1000 of work needed to be performed. Brought it to another mechanic and passed without issue. Manager at STS did not even now that cars registered upstate fall under a different inspection criteria. Other mechanic did and charged the applicable fee of $10 not $37. After failed inspection, now car has a metal to metal clanking noise when going over bumps on the same front end they stated was bad. Whatever they took apart to look at was not reassembled correctly. Finally, communication beteween managers and staff is non existent. Half of the mechanics don't speak English. Look, bring your cars there or don't. They are decent people but the quality of work is horrible. I do not want there incompetence RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF MY FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
