To the person that doesn't know where to park downtown, and can't figure it out...those BIG SIGNS that say PARKING and point to the garages which are located underneath the entire mall, are where you are supposed to park! It can't get much easier than that! You say you can't figure out how to ""navigate"" the downtown streets, well, they are just like suburban streets, except some are one way! Again, just look for those BIG SIGNS THAT POINT AND SAY ""ONE WAY"". You must not get out much or go to other cities, like Chicago, to shop! Try finding a parking space or garage there that's anywhere near where you want to shop! You don't know how easy we have it here in Indy. This is not a big city! And it's very easy to navigate around it.
