Review content:
I had replaced the ball joints and all tie rod ends on my 2003 Jeep Cherokee. I brought the car to Town Fair Tir e in Plymouth MA for a front end alignment and specifically asked on the work order to have the steering wheel centered. I got the car back with the steering wheel off by 30 degrees. I brought it back 2 days later and they tried again and said they fixed the problem. The steering wheel is now off by 10 degrees. I tried to live with it however it is aggraviting to drive with your steering wheel turned left to go straight. I tried to get it fixed again today and they will not fix their own incompetent work because I am out of the 30 day warranty. They did offer to charge me again if they try for a 3rd time. If I am going to pay for this again it will not be with Town Fair Tire. Not Ever. This is a 5 minute repair for them with zero parts cost and they choose to loose a customer forever. I am going to a local shop where the ownes realizes what customer service means. 3rd time is a charm but NOT with Town Fair Tire.
