I purchased a car from these guys and I am regretting it more and more everyday. Firstly, the owner John Tucker is not a man of his word and his handshake means about as much to him as servicing his customers in a timely and efficient manner, which he just can't seem to do, or cares to so it seems. We had an agreement that I would purchase the car for $2,995.00, $2,000.00 down and the rest by the end of the month. Well, two weeks later this guy is screaming at me because he hadn't gotten his money yet even though I still had two weeks left to pay him according to our handshake agreement. Then all of a sudden the car breaks down and I have it towed to his garage for repair and the jerk refuses to do anything to the car until it's paid for in full. So he sits on it for two weeks and does absolutely nothing until he gets the rest of the money after originally agreeing to giving me till the end of the month to pay it off. So then I'm able to gather the rest of the money sooner that expected and I go right down to pay him. He takes my money and still sits on the car for another week claiming that he doesn't have enough time to get to it because he needs to go to ""The Auction"" 10 times a freakin' week. The other problem is that his help, if you can call it that, is absolutely clueless and useless. He claims not to know anything when I ask him what's going on with the car and has no idea when the owner will be around to fix the car. Long story short, it's been six weeks since I bought the car. I've driven it twice, it's paid for, and it still isn't close to being fixed. This guy John Tucker just doesn't give a crap about anybody but himself and his money. He's hardly ever there and impossible to get a hold of when you need to. STAY AWAY!!! YOU WILL DEFINITELY LOSE!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!
Cons: Very, very poor customer service. No regard for customers.
