I have never experienced such RUDE service in a restaurant before. The Wendy's drive-thru makes me feel more welcome. My party of 8 showed up for our 7:30 reservation which we were promptly informed didn't exist. We were asked curtly, ""Are you sure you're at the right place?"" and then left standing there. No apology - not even an ""I'm sorry YOU made a mistake"" - no offer to seat us separately, NOTHING. They just left us standing there! We were entertaining a national speaker in town for a conference. So much for Louisiana hospitality! Thanks goodness for Urbanspoon! We quickly found a terrific restaurant around the corner- Austin's - which turned out to be a great place. If you're looking for a restaurant that appreciates your patronage, DON'T GO TO CYPRESS!!!
