I had Morro Bay plumbing out to fix my water heater. I had no reason to beleive that I would come home after writing a check for an invoice and find I had NO hot water and the appliance was never fixed. Then when I called to see what happened the owner refused to take responsablity and was verbally offensive. I am also a small business owner in Morro Bay and understand the importance of good costomer severice. So, save your your self and call ""TOM""
