first off their new location is on South Higuera. The address is: 3536 S Higuera St Ste 206. It's in a strip mall so it doesn't look very inviting from the outside but don't let that fool you- it's wonderful!!! At the time of this writing they don't have a sign that says ""The Neon Carrot"" it just says Restaurant.
The food was out of this world!!!! I went with two girlfriends and we shared and sampled each other's meals. Every single thing was delicious!!! I had a rustic cheese tart with a side salad. I would go here again in a heartbeat.
The only drawback for me is that since it's new and everyone's talking about it it was extremely busy!! People were waiting for tables and watching you like a hawk hoping you were going to leave your table- that part wasn't great as my friends and I wanted to have a leisurely lunch and chit chat since we don't get to do that very often.
Once the hoopla dies down, I think it will be less crowded and a more enjoyable experience from that standpoint. The service was excellent. They are only open for breakfast and lunch.
Pros: delicious food, local produce, fresh
Cons: very busy, seating limited
