Gone down hill in the last 6 months or so.. Still like Dr. Taylor, but can't get in to see her due to the incredibly incompetent team in the office. Definitely would not recommend going here. Most recent experience: Call for an appt to get a prescription refilled. Told that I don't need an appt, instead go to the pharmacy, they will contact the doctor and take care of it.. 4 days later, doctor's office rejects the request and says I need an appt. 2.5 wks to get an appt. Get there 5 minutes early, sign-in, and wait 30 minutes... After 30 minutes they call me to the desk to get my insurance information, and realize they stopped accepting my insurance.. I understand this could be an oversight, but I have to believe they at least looked at my info when the prescription request came in and could have told me at that time.. Or, when they took all my info to get an appointment.. At the very least, they could have their act together enough to check this info within the first few minutes of arriving, not 30 minutes later.. Now I am down 3 weeks without the prescription refill, and 1/2 day of work.. Thanks guys, really appreciate your service :-( Pros: Some doctors here are very good (Dr. Taylor) Cons: Lobotomy is req'd for all office staff
