Review content:
Owner Roger does good work. However, he is late in billing for his work. Then ,since he obviously hasn't been paid without me having received an invoice, he broadcast this information to a relative of mine as if I had just welched on the debt. Also told the same relative that I owed him $200 when he told me the bill was for $100.(seems to have an issue with honesty as well) I have left 2 messages for him in the last 2 days to mail an invoice and even offered to meet him personally and hand deliver a check as long as I'm given an invoice for my records. I have yet to even receive a bill or a phone call from him. The guy does good work but has VERY BAD business ethics and a problem with confidentiality, especially in light of the fact that he caused his own problem. BADMOUTHS HIS CUSTOMERS TO OTHERS.
Pros: Good work.
Cons: Badmouths customers and is dishonest. Has issues with confidentiality.
