Review content:
While this place is phenominal the policies and practices are not. If you or a loved one is planning to go here there is something you should be aware of. The staff there is encouraged to work when they are sick. This means you or your loved one is being exposed to germs that could make you ill or worse....die from. Workers fear being fired ifg they call in when they are sick and will put others at risk instead of doing the right thing and staying home. I think that a place like this would have more common sense then to allow sick people to work and to penalize those who call off legitimately sick. My opinion is they should ask the workers to obtain a doctors note showing they were truly sick. I know this place is a business but they are handling human lives that are prescious and fragile. Perhaps after a few complaints they will change the policy. I hope it doesn't wait til a few people get really sick or die before they make the connection and neccessary changes.
