ok, this place already has some awful ratings and please note that these ratings came from previous residents. I lived in this apartment for 8 years. Not because it's such an awesome apartment with great management, but because I went to Patrick Henry Middle school and Granada Hills Charter High. I believe all the tenants here live here because either they have kids going to either GHCHS or CSUN. The rent started low and it soon skyrocketed. How big is the unit' smaller than average. I'm estimating 850ft^2 the most. However online, it says it's more than 1000ft^2. Anyways, because of the bad economy, we asked for a little sympathy and they replied: ""If you think the rent is too high, move out."" The f*ck. We decided to move out of this ------ place and while I was apartment hunting, I found out they are renting this place for $1620. $130 less than what we, who have been living in this place for more than 8 years, are paying. And I was only asking for $50 off of what we are paying now. The manager is never in the office although the office is in the property. Make a wise decision by not even considering this place. +My dad has a van, so he street parks his car cuz it wouldn't fit into the gated garage. He got his car robbed more than 3 times by now.
