Review content:
Our bad experience happened before we even got to the restaurant. I made reservations this past week at 7:00 as recommended by the lady on the phone. We had 8 people who were going to be there. Right before I left tonight, I called the restaurant to see if they could seat 10 people at our table since another couple decided to join us. They informed me that the reservation was for 9:45, not 7:00. The nighttime manager got on the phone to tell me there was nothing she could do for me...we were out of luck even tho it was their fault. She was not apologetic and was rude. SO...my recommendation IF you decide to go there is to call every night to make sure they don't switch YOUR time! I don't think it is worth the drive to get there...we found a much nicer restaurant that was very accomodating and polite!!!
Pros: We don't know, we never made it because of phone service!
Cons: Changed reservations on us. We were accepted at 7:00, but then they said we had reservations at 9:45
