I was treated very rudely by the person working today - unfortunately it was the owner of Deluxe Cleaners. I was told that my dry cleaning was not ready because of a machine error. When I asked what could be done to resolve the problem, the owner of Deluxe Cleaners got very upset and aggressively ripped the ticket out of my hand. He accepted no responsibility for not having my clothes ready and he told me never to come back again. What could have been salvaged by a simple apology ( or even a slight discount for the inconvenience) has now turned into another lost customer. I have heard people complain about Deluxe Cleaners before but I hadn't experienced this lack of professionalism
After I pick up my dry cleaning, I definitely will no longer support this establishment.
