This place is terrible. My sister is disabled and needs 24 hour care. Quality Assurance sends nurses sids to take care of my sister. She has bed soars, the nurses aids threaten my sister with physical abuse and they steal. One stole my purse my ID and cash was in it. What can I do? I filed a police report what else can I do? The company refuses to fire the woman that stole my purse.
She is still at my sisters house every day. The women that work for this company are terrible. I doubt they do a back ground check on any of their employees. The supervisor over the Nurses's Aids don't have a highschool diploma. They are constantly stealing from my sister. One of them stole my sisters check book and with drew $1000. What can I do? I have not been back to see my sister since my purse was stolen. My sister won't complain because she is afraid of being put in a nursing home.
