I'm an engineer (hence the equation in the title above) and it's definitely in my nature to be VERY low maintenance when it comes to my long, thick hair. Before Jenna, my hairstyle was a ponytail and forget blow drying it--that would take hours!
I went into the salon wanting a color and cut--and with no other direction than that, she truly transformed my lackluster hair into something with style and made it easy to take care of! The way she thinned out my hair and added in ""sun-kissed"" highlights made my hair look so natural and did I mention EASY to take care of!? Honestly, I get out of the shower, rub in a little product and head to work with towel dried hair -- it doesn't frizz and my hair takes on a fun, natural curl the way she cut it :)
I would also recommend trying the Brazilian chemical treatment, it's a bit pricey, but SOOO worth it for people who hate doing their hair and have a real problem with frizz...and It lasts a solid 4-6 months!!
Pros: Very personable and has good advice for products to use!
Cons: none come to mind...
