I haven't been to Yia Yia's in a long time. My girlfriend and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary and she suggested we go to Yia Yia's (her parents are frequent guests). The last time I went I remember the experience being pretty good and since the lady wanted Yia Yia's... From the moment we arrived the experience proved to be outstanding. The friendly hostesses greeted us with a smile and sat us in one of their comfy booths in the back. Our server was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the food. He also recommended a bottle of wine for us and it was amazing. I was impressed with the variety on their menu. They had very reasonably priced items from delicious looking appetizers to salads, pizzas, pastas and plenty more. We ordered their polenta appetizer which was absolutely amazing. I would go back just for that. My girlfriend ordered the scallops and I ordered the duck. Both were out of this world. We finished the evening with a phenomenal dessert. It was a berry mousse with sliced berries on top. I cannot say enough about my experience at Yia Yias. I have been recommending this place to all my friends. For any and all occasions, go to Yia Yia's. You will not be disappointed.
