I have been trying for 4 hours to see if they had a part for my stove. One store I have called 20 times and they don't answer the phone OR return messages. The other said they would call back and 2 hours later im still waiting. If you want a repairman to come to your house plan on 2 or 3 weeks. If its because they are busy kudos to them in this economy but honestly I don't see how they stay in business. I guess I'll order it online and wait for the part. Disappointed in the lack of customer service.
