Review content:
I just had a friend get back from this dealer. He had hopes of buying his dream car. Boy was he wrong. We live in Austin Texas and my friend found his 2008 SRT 8 sedan found it on the net and negotiated his deal put a deposit down bought a plane ticket. Even had the forsight to negotiate the fact that if the car was not as described this dealership would buy his plane ticket back home. He gets to the dealership and sees his car not ready as promised still in the service shop. He begins to look it over starts finding numerous things wrong with the car that of course was not mentioned. That could happen OK. So he goes for a test drive stops to look at the car outside notices some other issues looks at the hood notices its been repainted. Not a good job by the way dirt in the paint not really looking good at all. opens the hood to find the winshield washers ducktape to the hoses. Needless to say at this point he decides not to buy the car. After long talks with the salesman the Manager / Owners son come to find out comes in and starts to belittle my friend and telling him how he should pay the saleman for taking the time to pick him up at the airport and how he should be thankful that he is willing to take him back to the airport and why he can't just buy the car and get on with himself. This all after he trying to negotiate his way out of bold face lying to him. My friend also come to find out they told their salesman nothing about the painting of the car and accepted my friends offer all of it. Now everything has changed. Tells my freind he isn't paying for his ticket home treating him like crap. Bottom line if you want lying cheating stealing and to be treated like crap go here. Otherwise steer way clear of this place. This dealership gives car dealers a bad name. Just glad I never have to worry about going there to buy a car.
