Review content:
The atmosphere at Victor's is fabulous. Service was very efficient and prompt. Restaurant is right on the water front of Inner Harbor East, with Dock surrounding. We ate during the colder months but it appears they have outdoor dining in the summer season. Food was great. Crab cakes were superb! Very small restaurant but quaint. Definitely recommend it! Prices very reasonable!
