My daughter took a Tumi suitcase to have 2 zippers repaired. Cost was $135. She is stationed in the middle east and had to leave before the repair was complete. My husband went to pick up the suitcase, brought it home and put it in the basement. Several months later we got it out to send to our daughter and noticed that the bottom zipper was never repaired. Took it back and the owner refused to repair it.He said that I probably had ruined it in the time period and just wanted a free repair. He even said ""who cares about this zipper anyway it is just used to expand the bag"". I asked him to refund half the amount because only one zipper was repaired. No luck. He was rude and unyielding. I'm not in the habit of lying and cheating and am not used to business people who do.
