I went there for a perm and the lady put on some type of cholesterol cream really thick while doing my perm. Needless to say the perm didn't take and my hair ended up straight as could be. I called and complained. Something I never do, but I had paid a lot of money for the perm and hated to just flush my money away. I had to go in for a consult. They tried to make me feel like I was ripping them off and they didn't do anything wrong. Then after they agreed that the perm didn't take, what choice did they have my hair was straight as a board with no body. I had to make an appointment for 2 weeks away. When I did come back for the perm they made me sign a contract that would not make them liable for how my hair would turn out. I was treated like I was trash trying to take advantage of them. I will never go back there again.
