My father bought me a beautiful crib and chair and ottoman set from Baby's Room in Novi. I was so excited to get them, especially since I had to wait the usual 8-12 weeks. When I finally got the crib, they had ordered the wrong model; I still don't have the correct model yet and the baby is almost 7 weeks old! (I ordered it 12 weeks before she was born.) Also, the chair I got was defective. As soon as I sat in it, the seat fell through. Granted, this was a manufacturer's defect, but I expect better service and products when I spend this kind of money. The chair also took 10 weeks to replace. I had a broken chair in the baby's nursery for two and a half months!
