Was referred to them through Dicker & Deal when I brought in my broken stereo receiver to be repaired. I dropped it off at Cedar Street Electronics on a Wednesday and was told they'd call me with a diagnosis on the Friday. Got the call on Friday saying he was still working on it and that he'd call me when he figured it out. TWO WEEKS GOES BY and I didn't get a call. So I called them. Talked to a friendly man who was not the man repairing my receiver. The man didn't know the status and told me he would tell the guy who was repairing it to call me. I waited a few days, still no call. I called again, talked to the same man. He said again that he would tell the dude to call me. I waited a few more days. No call. I called two more times and each time the man who was supposed to call me was not in, had been told to call me and never did. Each time I talked with the same friendly man who seemed irritated as I was that the guy wouldn't call me back. Finally the last time I talked to him, he offered to pay me back my deposit and asked if I just wanted to come pick it up, unrepaired. I said yes. I waited THREE WEEKS and it didn't get repaired and THEY NEVER CALLED ME. I will never bring anything there again. I suggest the same to you.
