Review content:
Used Pike 4 times in years past when Mr Pike ran the shop and was VERY happy with their work. Now he has a manager and owner Mr. Pike will not even call customers when requested. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF ALL SIDES AND BACK OF YOUR CAR BEFORE LEAVING IT AT PIKES. They fixed my damaged fender but put a very noticable dent in opposite side rear door....then dabbed some paint on dent so I would not see it. I wash and wax my car frequently and it is only 2 years old with 30k miles and that dent was not there when they received the car from me. If Pike's body shop would not have tried to hide the dent by dabbing paint on it like amateurs, they could have used a sucton cup procedure to pop the dent out without painting it. Pros: They repaired my car just fine Cons: But they also dented the door then tried to cover it up
