AM Rentals is extremely unprofessional, unfair, and have fraudulant business practices. They took over $2,000 for a yr lease in fees but did nothing besides take money from the renter and give me my portion. They did nothing to resolve issues at the end of the lease. They took the side of the renter even though he trashed my place and did not give me my condo back in good, clean, and operating condition per the contract. They also are holding on to money that is mine with the deposit and last rent check. Do not use them unless you want to lose money renting your place and treated like crap in the process. The owner of the company actually had the nearve to tell me that ""unlesss the renter agrees to the damages they will not be held responsible."" The owner also had the nerve to say that ""sometimes you lose money when you rent""....I don't see AM Rentals losing money with this model. Why would I rent my place if I wasn't going to make anything and take all the risk to my asset? I will tell everyone about this company because they do not deserve to be in business.
