Review content:
Well this was the second time we've visited this restaurant. The first time was uneventful, however, the second time was horrible. We sat down and were given our menus...ok so far...then came the bread basket with a large piece of ""gum"" stuck to the napkin inside the basket. I've been to restaurants hundreds of times and I realize that some things are beyond the control of the ownership. But the mannner in which they handle these issues are what separates average restaurants from great restaurants. So we asked the manager if we could have another basket of bread, not to create a scene. He came over and looked at the basket, picked it up and walked away. He didn't say one word....Nothing. And a few minutes later, the waiter brought another basket without offering any apology. From that point on, we decided to never eat here again. So we paid our $147 bill for two and left. For that price, i've received better service from pf changs or tony romas. P.S. the entire time, the managers make it a point to walk the tables and great all the patrons, esecially if you're female. I would hope they would be slightly concerned about the happiness of regular couples who are willing to spend $75-100/person. From now on, we'll take our business elsewhere!!! Pros: decor Cons: service and management
