Two words: Jenn Strand. I came in with a pretty sad excuse for a haircut...for some reason, I had it in my head that I wanted to grow out a white-man's fro, 'cept it didn't really work. At all. So after about 4 months of looking stupid, I went in to see Jenn, and she reconciled the situation pretty quick. When I sat down, I realized that it was a bit hard for me to explain the kind of cut I was looking for, so, being somewhat of an artist, I drew it on a pad of paper and gave it to her. After the cut was finished, Jenn and I had a bit of a laugh, because she had nailed the style EXACTLY. It was just what I had sketched. She's creative, talented and confident with the blade (important for actors). And be sure you ask for the 5-star treatment, because she'll give you a neck and scalp massage that'll put you into a 6 hour coma. Thanks, Jenn!!
Pros: Creative atmosphere! Very clean, upscale. Excellent facilities (seemed new)
Cons: parking wasn't too bad in the neighborhood behind, but nothin' beats a parking lot
