A haircut is more than just the cut. Jenn Strand truly has the experience down to perfection. Her welcome and attention to detail is easily 10 out of ten. Her talent cutting hair is another 10/10. The head, neck and shoulder massage completes this experience and takes Jenn Strand to 11 out of ten.
