I got stuck with the new guy when I went it to test drive a Maxima. Dude had no idea what he was selling, professing to be a born and bred ""Chevy Man"" after a little questioning. Actually, none at all. He did not ask me a single question about what I wanted, but he made sure to find out my monthly income and my guess at my credit score within the first five minutes. When his manager realized I was just there to look and not to buy, I suddenly ceased to exist, so I left. This is clearly a place for suckers who are ready to buy without thinking and who don't really care about customer service, though I'm the first to admit maybe I had bad luck. If you've had a better experience, please post your review.
