I went to Pie's after my vehicle was hit while it was parked, basically scratches down one side and a couple of dents. It is an older car, but mechanically sound, so repairing some minor cosmetic damage would be prudent. The estimate was done by their employee, Bruce Greer, who started by laughing at the age/make/model of the car as he walked out to see it for the first time. He then preceded to give me an estimate for which he said repairs could not be made since the parts where no longer available. So I asked if Pie's couldn't do the work, how could the estimate be good? But he insisted that the estimate was good. I asked if they could do the work and he said "no". Then I questioned how he could give me an estimate for work that couldn't be done, and he basically told me that I was stupid for fixing a car that was so old. What business is it of his to judge whether or not it is a sound investment for me to fix my car??!!! From a mechanical standpoint the car runs perfectly, it just needs some cosmetic help because it was hit. Unless you want to treated like a complete idiot by these people, don't go here. Only gave one star because couldn't write review with no stars. I will never go to Pie's again and will never recommend them to anyone even for an estimate because of the way I was treated by Bruce Greer!
