My boyfriend took me to Carrabba's on Olive, for the first time about 6 months ago and I instantly fell in love with it! We go at least once a month now. The staff is remarkable... the courtesy, and attentiveness that we recieved was some of the best that I've ever experienced. I've dined at much more expensive restaurants, and was treated better at Carrabba's. My favorite dishes are the Pollo Rosa Maria, and the Chicken Bryan. The sauces, and cheeses that they blend together to finish an entree is phenomenal!! A lot of people have never heard of Carrabba's before, I'm not sure why.... but the word should get out there!!
Pros: romantic, quiet, great italian
Cons: I cant get there as often as I'd like! :)
