We had never ventured into a Panera Bread restaurant, until a friend gave us a gift card for this place. We decided to go to the Issaquah location since it was closest. We were impressed with the service, menu, and taste of their salads and other dishes. They have a great broccoli-cheese soup. If it can convince a non-cheese eater like myself, I think you will love it if you like cheese in your soup. Each dish is fresh and their Fuji Apple salad is brilliant! Go early for this restaurant is totally busy and I can see why!
