I'll get a check for $---- out to you in Monday's mail. Our 3000sq. ft. house in wrapped in vinyl siding. It has not been professionally clean since completing construction in 2002.As you can imagine, the siding was in pretty rough shape. Dirt, algae, mold the works. 8 years of accumulated grime had transformed the once beautiful exterior of our home into what was now really an eyesore.After researching power washing services and seeing some of the damage caused by the injudicious use of very high-pressure power-washers, the service you offered caught my eye. I wondered if the before and after photos on your Internet ads could be a reality for my sad looking exterior. I decided to award you with my business based on our telephone conversation where you explained in detail how you would clean my house and exactly what my expectations should be. I appreciated your candor and the lack of exaggerated claims no bold talk, you would simply let the result speak for itself.I am quite please indeed with the results. The siding is very clean and smooth to the touch. There is no evidence of damage to the finish. My shrubs and plants are none the worse for wear in fact, it's impossible for me to tell that anyone or anything had been near the house except for the sparkly clean siding and trim. Even the small space behind the rain gutter downspouts is clean excellent.Thank you very much for a job well done.
