Review content:
I have been a Private Money Lender for over 12 years and I have used GBS Partners to close several loans. This is the most inefficient closer I have ever used.
They lost one of my borrower's earnest money checks. Their response was ""we have verified receipt of the envelope, but cannot verify receipt of the check"". If my office did not put the check in the envelope, don't you think a pro-active employee would contact the sender of the ""empty"" envelope to tell the sender the envelope did not contain the necessary check.
Secondly, they take a very long time to close and they have forgotten who the the customer is. It seems they either have too much business or not enough employees.
