Review content:
While it is true that there is a lot of fake ""Horrah!"" in this ""school"" it is more whoupla to hide the fact that what you are learning is minimal. The only reviews that don't look canned here coincide with my experience, which that this school is all for for money, none for the education. It is obvious that either the instructor either directed his students to write the canned promotions of the school, or his staff wrote them in the first place. I agree that there is good cardio work,...BUT this is not being promoted as Cardio Boxing, it is being promoted as a Martial Arts school, which IMHO it is not, or at least not a good one. The students' skills looked far less proficient then their belt would suggest. Colored belts had rigid mechanical motion, not the flowing motion I expect from a martial artist on level. Pros: Cardio, Facility Cons: expensive, low quality, easy promotion
