My kids are DYING for one of these. We went in and ask about 100 questions. They very patiently answered them all. They spent quite a bit of time with us. They let the kids sit on several different ones. They showed us various types of safety gear. They went over the different engines for these mini motorcycles and we talked about buying from them versus the internet. While we are still in "thinking" mode these people put a lot of time into us and were very professional and patient and so sweet to our boys.
