We started using Jensen's Elite Detail because we were looking for someone to provide detailing service to our clients. Our experience with them has been very, very pleasant. They are professional, prompt, and they do good work.
Greg Jensen is very conscientious and concerned about making sure that the client is happy. When we have sent him a referral, he has called me to follow up and make sure that everything is okay and that the client was satisfied with the work. He genuinely cares about the clients.
In the 9 months now that we have been referring our clients to Jensen's, everyone has been very happy with them. No one has ever had any complaints.
