Amazingly amateurish installation!!!!! Had Polk Audio 6.5"" component speakers installed in a way that blew the speakers once, took back to shop to question it, then later 2nd set of tweeters blew! After giving up on the Polk speakers, I bought some Infinity components and installed myself only to discover their install was improperly wired - tweeters were wired to the 6.5's instead of the place for the tweeters on labeled clearly on the crossovers. Since it took me so long to open the doors and discover it myself, they will not refund the install, let alone compensate me for wasting so much of my time dealing with it. If they can't work this out to my satisfaction, maybe Polk Audio needs to know how Sound Bytes installers costed them the price of replacing 4 tweeters under warranty that was not Polk's fault, but rather the installers fault 100%. Sal, the manager, tells me also that this improper wire is pretty standard for them. I wonder how many other blown speakers and amps they are responsible for too. This place should be shut down and out of business for such practices!
