I tried knitting and decided it isn't for me. Having purchased yarn that I didn't need I returned it for a credit because they don't give you YOUR CASH BACK. The only thing in the store I use is the wool wash. When I returned to purchase the wash with my credit, I was told it was no longer valid. When I received the credit nothing was said about credit usage. As far as I'm concerned it is MY MONEY and I resent this business keeping it. I will never recommend the establishment and will tell everyone about my negative experience.
I was also laughed at by the employee or owner in front of a store full of customers because the credit was 05. Icing on the cake, I was very embarrassed.
Pros: don't have one
Cons: not very friendly
