Review content:
I contacted Commercial Loan Review (CLR) after reading a news article on the Internet. They said they could definitely help me with my apartment building loan modification and it should not be difficult. Over one year working with them we were denied several times form Chase. CLR was handling this loan modification and I found out from Chase after contacting them directly, that CLR was not getting the requested documents in the time frame that Chase required. CLR told me numerous times that we were a week or two away from our modification. I discovered Chase sent a letter requesting more documentation and CLR had neglected to send this information and it was several months late, When confronting CLR they acted like they knew nothing about it even though there was a document trail. At that point CLR suggested the way to get the bank's attention was to not make a payment. I not get the modification; I got some huge late fees that even complicated the financial situation of this apartment building even worse. Not only did CLR fail to get my modification they are not paying my monies back after we received our final denial. I have sent them several letters requesting the funds back to me per our contract after our final denial. My initial deposit was nonrefundable, which I didn't like, The subsequent payment were refundable according to the signed contract, but CLR has still not refunded our refundable deposit even after several demands via e-mail and phone conversations.
