My experiences dealing with Griesbach Auto Service have been very good. They got to me in a timely manner once I called, and the service was very convenient. They came and picked up my vehicle, and then returned it once the work was completed. Both people I dealt with were very friendly, and the overall treatment of myself and my car was very high.
I really appreciated that when they returned my vehicle, my seat seemed to be in the same position. Also, they didn't change the radio station, and the music wasn't blaring when I got back it. This is often not the case when I go to a mechanic. I was able to just get in and drive away. They even left me mints and a thank you note.
The first time I used Griesbach was for an issues with the front wheel axle, and most recently they performed an alignment and tire balancing. Because of the service and satisfaction I received, I consider it a good value. I will go to them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, not for a minute.
