My husband was bringing home pea gravel from the landscaping yard and the axle on the trailer broke. Thank goodness no one was hurt. The trailer rolled into the ditch on the side of the road - not a deep ditch by any means. It happened less than 6 miles from our house. The police called Sora's towing. They pulled the trailer out of the ditch and towed it home. They charged us $230 bucks!!!!!!! ! I called to ask about pricing without telling them they'd just towed us and explained all the particular details. They said it'd be about $100.00. I asked them why I was charged $230 and the guy stuttered out 6 or so lame excuses and wouldn't work with me at all to refund any portion of the money we were forced to pay because they had us over the barrel. He knew he'd ripped me off after I talked to him and wouldn't do ANYTHING to help. What a crappy way of doing business... if that's what you want to call what they do.
