Review content:
I can't say enough about Nachum at Holistic Manual Physical Therapy. He is hands down one of the best physical therapists in Bergen County. Last year I was hit by a car, which resulted in numerous herniated discs in my back and neck, and required me to have shoulder surgery (acromioplasty). After going to a much larger ""therapy mill"", and also to a local chiropractor, I was referred to Nachum Loss at Holistic Manual Physical Therapy. Going to him was one of the best decisions I've made in my treatment. He started working on me 2 days after my shoulder surgery to mobilize the joint, and within a couple of weeks I had full range of motion back. Four months later my shoulder is literally back to 95% strength/function, and the pain is gone. I'm back at the gym, working out and continuing to rehab. Having a good surgeon helped, but I know the personal attention Nachum gave me for the post-surgery rehabilitation made a world of difference in my recovery. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Holistic Manual Physical Therapy is the best - thank you Nachum!
