I can?t thank Nachum Loss and Holistic Manual Physical Therapy enough. I suffered from severe sciatica pain due to a herniated disc. The orthopedic doctor I consulted looked at my MRI and told me the herniation was so severe that nothing but back surgery could resolve the pain. I could neither stand, nor sit, nor walk. He didn?t believe either physical therapy or steroid lumber injections would help in my case. Desperate I tried going to two chiropractors but got no relief. I then consulted another orthopedic doctor who recommended I get treated by a physical therapist who practices the Maitland technique. That?s how I found Nachum Loss and Holistic Manual Physical Therapy. Nachum, Danny, Jackie, and the entire staff have been absolutely wonderful! With their expertise and dedication I started noticing an improvement fairly early on. That improvement continued and put me back on my feet (without surgery or steroid epidurals)! What a difference it made! Within just a couple of months I am now nearly pain free and expect the disc will continue to heal. I could never thank them enough! My suggestion: Don?t even consider surgery (or an epidural) until after you have tried Holistic Manual Physical Therapy.
