Review content:
I've been a customer of Grace cleaners for about a year now. All of my preferred dry cleaning/pressing for shirts are saved in their computer and dropping off clothes is seamless. Recently I asked them to dry clean my comforter slip cover and it was accidentally bleached by the factory. I was frustrated, but they immediately said they would fix the problem. They took initiative to go to Macy's and find the EXACT slip cover and called me to come pick it up at no charge.
Pros: Knowledgeable, eager to help, nice staff, quick service
Cons: none at this time.
