I can't tell you how happy I was to find Real Pilates. I have studied Pilates for years and been to so many studios in New York that presumably offer ""authentic"" Pilates. Sadly, in almost every case, the teachers were badly trained or unprofessional. I often felt like I knew more than they did. At the Real Pilates the teachers are amazing and the vibe is wonderful! In addition to being able to deal with a student of any level, the teachers are also experienced and advanced enough to challenge and motivate an experienced practioner. Yeah!!! I am never leaving!
Pros: Convenient to subway, Lots of mat classes, Lots of reformers
Cons: Can't think of any!!
