They've got boys, they've got foreign speaking teachers, they've got it fast, hard and sweaty, and slow and therapeutic. Real Pilates has whatever type of Pilates you need but all in the classical vocabulary. I've been to several studios and the offerings here are the broadest in the city. They worked me out when I was in great shape, when I was pregnant and when I broke my ankle!!! Amazing, right? I particularly like the fact that they have 3 locations - because I can always get a great workout. The tribeca location has the biggest studio.
